Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, 08 September 2026, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up DUO GROUP INVESTMENTS LTD (Company Number SC694865) having its registered office at 41 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4HQ, in which the Petition the Sheriff:
(a) by interlocutor dated Friday, 11 September appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; ordained the said Duo Group Investments Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; and in the meantime, nominated and appointed James Fennessy and Blair Milne, insolvency practitioners, Azets Holding Limited, having a place of business at Titanium, 1 King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of (joint) interim liquidators, whichever shall first occur; and
(b) by Interlocutor dated Thursday, 17 September authorised the Provisional Liquidators to exercise the powers contained in Paragraph 12 of part 3 of the schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, namely, to appoint a property management agent, for a limited period of 3 months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of joint interim liquidators, whichever shall first occur;
