Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2026 a petition was presented to Perth Sheriff Court by Muhammad Ahsan Ali Sardar on behalf of Tayside Home Care Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company number SC644661) and having its registered office at 58 King Street, Crieff, PH7 3AX (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia for an order to wind up the Company and appoint an Interim Liquidator under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986; in which petition, the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by First Deliverance dated 12 October 2026, granted warrant for advertisement of the petition herein and appointed any interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court, not later than 8 days from the date of publication of this advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
