I, James Stephen, of BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX, (IP No. 9273) hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23(7)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that William Matthew Tait (IP No. 9564) and I were appointed Joint Liquidators of The Edinburgh Salmon Company Ltd, by deemed consent of creditors on 14 January 2021. Pursuant to S231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, any one of the Joint Liquidators may exercise all and/or any of the powers which are conferred on them as Joint Liquidators. A Liquidation Committee was not established. We do not intend to issue a contributories decision procedure solely for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, unless we are requested to do so in terms of Rule 10.6(2).
